1. Challenges

Jack’s golf course chain was struggling to collect timely sales data from their clubs. Each club had three retail outlets - a Food & Beverage outlet, a golf pro-shop and the main counter to pay for greens and membership fees.

Furthermore, each retail outlet uses a different point-of-sale system. This was hampering the consolidation of their data and it typically took two weeks to compile their sales reports.


2. Solution

Jack deployed SYCARDA across all their retail outlets in the golf clubs and was able to collect and collate all their sales data in real time.


3. Results

Jack’s management team is now able to see up-to-date sales figures across all their golf clubs. This allows them to better control and track the performance of their sales and marketing activities across their entire golf course chain.
